Jérôme Koechlin acquires the Swiss Who’s Who from Olivier Mancassola and ushers in a new era for Switzerland’s leading network of networks

The Swiss Who’s Who (SWW), Switzerland’s reference platform of influence, bringing together 1,500 leaders from business, politics, research, culture and sport, was acquired in September by Dr. Jérôme Koechlin, entrepreneur and expert in leadership and strategic communication.

He succeeds Olivier Mancassola as Chief Executive Officer, while Mancassola remains fully involved as Chief Operating Officer, ensuring continuity and synergies in the future development of the network.

The Swiss Who’s Who (swisswhoswho.ch) brings together around 1,500 accomplished leaders and recognised experts in Switzerland who have built their success in business, finance, politics, science, research, education, media, sport and culture.   4. Enhanced reach – a 360° communication plan combining events, public relations, strategic partnerships and societal engagement.

The highlight of this new dynamic will be the SWW Annual Meeting, organised in Geneva in 2026 and in Zurich in 2027. These events will be true summits dedicated to innovation, AI and leadership, bringing together high-level speakers in a TED Talk–inspired format, and honouring inspiring personalities – Entrepreneur, Researcher, Philanthropist, Hotelier, Athlete and Artist of the Year.

Holder of a PhD in Economic and Social Sciences, graduate of the University of Geneva, New York University and the Swiss Board School, Jérôme Koechlin has held senior positions in the banking, biotech, public and media sectors (Serono International, Lombard Odier, UBP, Edmond de Rothschild, REYL Intesa Sanpaolo, Fondation Aventinus, State of Geneva). In June 2025, he became a Partner of Leadership Management International (LMI – lmi-swiss.com) in Switzerland and founded JK Consulting (jkconsulting.swiss).
