Geneva, July 21, 2025 – Leadership, management and communication expert Dr. Jérôme Koechlin has joined Leadership Management International (LMI) as a Partner in their Swiss organization. LMI is a globally recognized leader in business performance improvement through leadership development, with 60 years of international experience.
In parallel, Dr. Koechlin has launched his independent consultancy, JK Consulting, specializing in leadership development and consulting, business performance improvement, governance and communication strategy.
With over two decades of experience in executive and C-level roles, Dr. Koechlin has held leadership positions across the banking, financial, biotech, public and media sectors. His previous affiliations include the State of Geneva, Serono International, Lombard Odier, UBP, Edmond de Rothschild, REYL Intesa Sanpaolo, Aventinus Foundation and the University of Geneva.
Throughout his career, he has worked with and advised a wide range of influential leaders in political, economic, academic and philanthropic fields – including Nelson Mandela, Kofi Annan, Jasmine Audemars, Ernesto Bertarelli, François Longchamp, and notable banking leaders such as Patrick Odier, Edgar de Picciotto, Ariane de Rothschild, François Reyl, Pasha Bakhtiar and Schuyler Weiss.
Through JK Consulting, Dr. Koechlin now supports senior executives and team leaders in refining their leadership and communication strategies to enhance business performance, reputation, presence and trust.

About Dr. Jérôme Koechlin

He holds a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies (IHEID), a Master’s in Communications from New York University, and a Doctorate in Economic and Social Sciences from the University of Geneva. He also holds credentials from the Swiss Board School in Corporate Governance (2020), the Swiss Philanthropy Foundation (2022), and is a certified leadership developer through LMI (2023–2025).
Dr. Koechlin writes a leadership and communication blog for Bilan magazine and is the author of several books and articles on international relations and strategic communication.
