Geneva, July 21, 2025<\/em> \u2013 Leadership, management and communication expert Dr. J\u00e9r\u00f4me Koechlin has joined Leadership Management International (LMI) as a Partner in their Swiss organization. LMI is a globally recognized leader in business performance improvement through leadership development, with 60 years of international experience. <\/strong><\/p>\n

In parallel, Dr. Koechlin has launched his independent consultancy, JK Consulting, specializing in leadership development and consulting, business performance improvement, governance and communication strategy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

With over two decades of experience in executive and C-level roles, Dr. Koechlin has held leadership positions across the banking, financial, biotech, public and media sectors. His previous affiliations include the State of Geneva, Serono International, Lombard Odier, UBP, Edmond de Rothschild, REYL Intesa Sanpaolo, Aventinus Foundation and the University of Geneva. <\/p>\n

Throughout his career, he has worked with and advised a wide range of influential leaders in political, economic, academic and philanthropic fields – including Nelson Mandela, Kofi Annan, Jasmine Audemars, Ernesto Bertarelli, Fran\u00e7ois Longchamp, and notable banking leaders such as Patrick Odier, Edgar de Picciotto, Ariane de Rothschild, Fran\u00e7ois Reyl, Pasha Bakhtiar and Schuyler Weiss.<\/p>\n

About Dr. J\u00e9r\u00f4me Koechlin<\/strong><\/p>\n
