The Swiss Who\u2019s Who<\/em> (SWW), Switzerland\u2019s reference platform of influence, bringing together 1,500 leaders from business, politics, research, culture and sport, was acquired in September by Dr. J\u00e9r\u00f4me Koechlin, entrepreneur and expert in leadership and strategic communication.<\/p>\n

He succeeds Olivier Mancassola as Chief Executive Officer, while Mancassola remains fully involved as Chief Operating Officer, ensuring continuity and synergies in the future development of the network.<\/p>\n

    About J\u00e9r\u00f4me Koechlin<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Holder of a PhD in Economic and Social Sciences, graduate of the University of Geneva, New York University and the Swiss Board School, J\u00e9r\u00f4me Koechlin has held senior positions in the banking, biotech, public and media sectors (Serono International, Lombard Odier, UBP, Edmond de Rothschild, REYL Intesa Sanpaolo, Fondation Aventinus, State of Geneva). In June 2025, he became a Partner of Leadership Management International (LMI \u2013 lmi-swiss.com) in Switzerland and founded JK Consulting (jkconsulting.swiss). Author and speaker, he also runs a blog on leadership and communication for Bilan <\/em>magazine. <\/p>\n

    About Olivier Mancassola<\/strong><\/p>\n

    A graduate of ESCE Paris, Olivier Mancassola has led and transformed the Swiss Who\u2019s Who since 2017. An entrepreneur in communication and events, he is also the founder of score.estate (real estate).
